A Cup for the Seeker

by the flame and leaf I brew my truth

In silence deep, I light my fire,

With ginger’s spark and soul’s desire.

Turmeric gold, the earth’s warm skin,

Reminds me where I must begin.

Lemon lifts my mind to air,

To speak the truth I’ve hidden there.

Peppermint sings with breath anew,

A voice once hushed now breaking through.

Lemongrass whispers water’s grace,

To soften thought and slow my pace.

Each sip a key, each herb a guide,

To light the truth I hold inside.

So seeker strong, and mystic free,

Drink deep your path in cup of tea.

Balance the winds, the flame, the rain,

And root your soul in self again.
