Do it over a hundred times and tell people this fact, repeating it in the morning air.
By lunchtime you will start to understand the power of positive thinking, auto-suggestion and having an optimistic mindset.
When the day ends, you will have such a wonderful day that you will hate yourself for not trying this earlier.
